Description: Paste di Mandorla are traditional Italian almond pastries, typically found throughout Sicily and other parts of Italy. They’re extremely soft on the inside and somewhat crispy on the outside. It’s customary to top these little almond paste cookies with red and green candied cherries or even whole almonds. In this little selection box you will find different variety and flavours all based on almond dough.
An artisanal almond paste product made with Sicilian almonds (49 %) and composed with orange and lemon essential oils. This variety brings together almonds of Sicily with citrus flavourings from the region.
