Description:  Cotechino is a very traditional prduct mainly consumed during Christams time, it is prepared by mincing the pork meat in a mincer. Trimming can be performed before this process, when required. The mixture thus obtained is stuffed into a casing and then packed in a pouch.

The product is then precooked under vacuum or at atmospheric pressure.

This Homemade Cotechino made from 100% Italian Meat has a soft texture and an unmistakably pronounced aroma.

 

Ingredients: Pork, Pork Rind, Pork Fat, Salt, Mediterrenean Herbs, Antioxidant E300

 

Our Recommendation: Perfect and traditional to be served with lentils

 

Cooking Instructions: Tight it with a string or cook it in it's own bag in boiling water for 2.5Hrs, use the juice released to dress the lentils.
