Description: Linguine s a long cut of pasta flattened into an elliptical shape. Originally from the region of Liguria in Northern Italy, Linguine translates to “little tongues” in English. These long strands of pasta are popularly paired with ingredients from the region like fresh basil pesto, seafood and simple tomato sauces.

The attention invested from Pastificio D'Aniello in the pasta production, is results of generation experience, keeping antiques method of the pasta making, drawn in bronze and slowly dried in latests generation static cells.
