Description: Fettuccine 'Paglia and Fieno' are made following antics traditions of the egg pasta making. Two flavours showed into one pack of delicious pasta; Traditional Egg Fettuccine and Spinach flavoured.

“L’Antica Pasta” is produced in Campofilone town in the Marche region, renowned for making top quality bronze drawn egg pasta from 100% Italian ingredients and using traditional methods.


Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, Eggs and spinach.

A wonderful combination that can be also made with spicy tomato sauce or any fish combination!

Cooking Instructions: Bring a pan of generously salted water to the boil. Once boiling, is time to add pasta and cook for 2-3 minutes (cooking time indicated on packaging). Remove using a colander. Add the pasta to the pan with your chosen sauce. Carefully combine and add some pasta water if needed. Plate up and finish with your favourite grated cheese and a drizzle of BenVenuti E.V.O.O.
