This incredible combination of Apulia black Olives (Leccino) and Anchovies is an explosion of flavours.Rich of Mediterranean flavours, dressed with Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil and capers. Very versatile as sauce, perfect on Pasta, alongside cheeses and ideal as dressing for you Bruschetta.

Ingredients: Black Olives (Leccino), Celery, Premium Apulia Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Anchovies, White Wine Vinegar, Capers, Local White Wine, Garlic, Salt.

Our Recommendation: This incredible combination of flavours is fantastic to match for your fancy Aperitivo, use it for Bruschetta and alongside charcuterie and cheeses. We do recommend it for filling pastries, such as quiches and savoury cakes, of course is great on pasta, add some cherry tomatoes and prepare your perfect Puttanesca Sauce!
