General description: Zyme was founded in the heart of Valpolicella Classico by Celestino Gaspari in 1999. The winery and vineyards are built into an sandstone quarry dating back to the 15th century. Harlequin is the estate`s flagship wine and is made from a blend of about 15 white and red varieties from the best plots across the estate.

Zyme Harlequin 2011 is a balanced red from Veneto, Italy. Made from local variety of grapes enhancing a great structure of a cabernet and the elegance of a corvina grape.

This wine offers ripe fruit and balanced acidity with a clean, approachable finish. Ideal for both everyday enjoyment and special occasions, it represents excellent value and regional character.

Recommendation:
- Food pairing: grilled or roasted red meats, hearty stews, aged cheeses. Impeccable with Risotto alla Milanese with Saffron and Ossobuco.

- Serving temperature: 16–18°C.
- Storage advice: Store horizontally at 12–14°C in a cool, dark place away from vibration.
