Description: Italian Dried Cannellini Beans - very fine quality white beans that are widely used in Italian cooking. These exceptionally high quality cannellini beans are grown by the Bartolini family, artisan producers, who have been farming in Umbria for six generations.

Our Recommendation: Frequently used in the Italian cuisine adding it to pasta, salads and soups. Try as a substitute for chickpeas when making houmous and match it with mussels for authentic Apulian recipes

Cooking Instructions:  

Step 1: Leave it in cold water for 6hrs prior cooking

Step 2: Pour it in a pan of cold salted water and bring it to boil

Step 3: Cover and simmer over low heat until tender for approximately 20 minutes.
